Reserva Baú — São Bento do Sapucaí, Serra da Mantiqueira
Reserva Baú occupies 83,000 m² of private land high in the Serra da Mantiqueira mountains, in São Bento do Sapucaí. There are three houses distributed throughout the property, with distances carefully considered to ensure privacy for guests. Two are for guests — the Main House and the Vista House — and the third is the caretaker's residence, where staff remain available throughout the stay.
The property has its own marked, easy-to-reach trails that pass by a historic stone wall. Nearby are the Baú Valley, Pedra do Baú, the region's wineries, and the center of São Bento do Sapucaí, just minutes away.
Main House
The highest house on the property. Accommodates up to 9 people overnight and 12 in total.
Features a heated pool maintained at 32°C, jacuzzi, outdoor shower, and a powder room with direct access to the outdoor area. Gas fireplace in the living room, four-burner gas grill and pizza oven. Ground fire pit with stone flooring and benches, facing the valley. Wine cellar with wines available for purchase.
The suites have hot and cold air conditioning, mini-bar, TV, bed linen and towels, toiletries and independent water heater — showers can be used simultaneously in all rooms. The master suite has a heated toilet.
Vista House
Two suites, for up to 6 people.
Wooden deck facing the valley, with heated jacuzzi, outdoor table and sofa. Enclosed wood-burning fireplace in the living room and fire pit area with stone flooring and benches next to the house. Grill on the lower deck.
Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, cooktop and oven, microwave, air fryer and coffee maker. Suites with hot and cold air conditioning, bed linen and towels and toiletries. Showers with independent heating per suite.
