Season & climate in Orleans
The high season in Orleans is from December to February, when the weather is warm and sunny, perfect for enjoying the region's beautiful beaches. During this period, the city receives a large number of tourists seeking rest and leisure. The main attractions of the high season are the beaches, ecological trails, and typical regional festivals.
The mid-season occurs from March to May and from September to November. During these periods, the weather is milder, with pleasant temperatures for outdoor activities. Tourists visiting Orleans during the mid-season can enjoy greater tranquility, as the city is not as crowded as in the high season. The main attractions at this time are the waterfalls, boat trips, and local cultural festivals.
Finally, the low season in Orleans takes place from June to August, when the weather is colder and rainier. During this period, the city receives fewer tourists and many establishments may be closed. However, visitors who choose to travel to Orleans during the off-season can take the opportunity to get to know the local culture more closely, participating in traditional events and experiencing the region's typical cuisine.
In short, Orleans offers attractions for all tastes throughout the year, from paradisiacal beaches to traditional festivals. Each season has its own characteristics and attractions, making the city a versatile and charming tourist destination.
