Villa Eyá

Villa Eyá is a charming villa in Chapada dos Veadeiros. It is located just 1.5 km from the main avenue of Alto Paraíso, near the Eldorado sector. It has three triplexes: Abraço (Embrace), Sorriso (Smile), and Infinito (Infinite). It offers a stone fire pit and a suspended swing as common spaces. Each bungalow has a private entrance with external parking spaces.

Striking, the Infinito bungalow sharpens the senses, the gaze, the perception, and leaves no one indifferent to the striking beauty of the surroundings. Infinito has three floors. Upon entering the ground floor, a surprising view opens up before the living room that integrates a veranda, living room, and kitchen. In this space, there is a sofa (which also serves as a king-size bed for a couple), an island kitchen, a dining table for four, and décor that incorporates rustic elements, such as a natural stone wall, and modern touches. Behind the dining table, there is a small wine cellar with options for purchasing wine for consumption. This floor also has a full bathroom with a marble tower sink. Upon ascending the wooden staircase that leads to the spacious suite, a balcony opens up ahead with views of the "valley of the aliens," the "mill valley," and the Serra da Balizada mountain range. The suite features a king-size bed, special 300-thread-count Egyptian cotton MMartan linens, a whirlpool tub with an open view of the valleys, accommodating up to three people, with chromotherapy and hot and cold water. The suite's bathroom has intimate lighting and a double shower with hot and cold water. From the bed, upon opening the curtains of the large windows, a painting framing the vast landscape of the Cerrado will appear before your eyes. On the rooftop, the view is 360°, encompassing the Vale dos ETs, the Vale do Moinho, the Serra da Baliza, the Morrão, and Villa Eyá. This space features a comfortable chaise lounge with cushions, a parasol, and a small fireplace to enjoy the sky while sipping wine.
