The house has 10 suites and comfortably accommodates 31 people! It can only be rented as a whole (we do not rent the rooms separately).
The daily rate depends on the dates of interest:
- R$ 5,000.00 for the months of July and August;
- R$ 7,000.00 for the months of March, April, May, September and October;
- R$ 8,000.00 for high season, from November to February.
- Except for Carnival, Holy Week and New Year's Eve, which have special rates.
- In June, the house is unavailable for rent for maintenance services.
- Minimum rental of 3 days.
- The daily rate includes the caretaker's service and house cleaning.
