The apartments are distributed in four blocks. The side blocks are the largest, called Double Suites – the bedroom and living room are separate to provide comfort for families with teenage children. The two central blocks have a total of eight apartments: the Standard Apartments are on the ground floor, and the Luxury Suites – with a double bed and mezzanine – are located on the upper floor.
The common area includes parking, a living room, a TV/DVD room, a restaurant, a library, a games room, a baby room, and a swimming pool with ocean views.
