O aeroporto mais próximo de Cabanas Röhsler em Monte Verde, MG, é o Aeroporto Internacional de Guarulhos (GRU), localizado a aproximadamente 160 km de distância. Para chegar até Cabanas Röhsler a partir do Aeroporto de Guarulhos, é necessário pegar a Rodovia Fernão Dias (BR-381) em direção a Camanducaia, e depois seguir as placas indicativas até Monte Verde. O percurso de carro leva cerca de 2 horas, dependendo das condições do trânsito e das estradas. É importante verificar as condições das estradas, especialmente em épocas de chuva, devido a possíveis trechos com neblina e curvas sinuosas.
