The 15,000 m² beachfront property, affectionately called the backyard, initially had two charming houses built on it, named Lola's Little House and Joca's Little House, each with three bedrooms with private bathrooms. Over time, renovations were made, and all rooms now have independent entrances, allowing couples and families to share the same backyard. Currently, the property has 8 bedrooms with balconies, 4 with garden views and 4 with sea views, all with rustic décor and local materials, providing a unique 'feet in the sand' lodging experience.
